I’ll partner with you to clarify your direction, surface your strengths, and build a tailored plan that positions you confidently in the market.
You’ll receive practical support and honest feedback as we help shape your personal brand and identify opportunities that align with your values and goals. This might include interview preparation and negotiating offers, all built on my experience as a hiring manager. We will also do the deeper work: building the resilience, mindset, and self-trust to move forward with clarity even in uncertain times.
Product Coaching
As a founder or product leader, you face high-stakes decisions every day, from finding product-market fit to building the right team and leveraging AI. Prioritizing what to build (and what not to) and how to measure progress and drive growth is just as critical as how you lead.
I’ll work side by side with you to sharpen your product thinking and integrate your personal leadership style into how you manage, communicate, and scale your product. We’ll bridge product strategy with team dynamics, so your roadmap and your people can move forward together.
How We'll Work Together in 1:1 Coaching
We Start with Clarity: We'll have a real conversation about where you are now and what you want to be different. Together, we'll get specific about what success looks like for you.
We Build a Flexible Plan: Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, meeting every other week via video. This gives you time to implement new insights and tackle challenges as they come up. If you need a different structure, we'll figure that out together.
We Track Progress and Adjust : Each session focuses on real challenges you're facing. We'll celebrate wins, shift what's not working, and keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence.
You Build Skills That Last : The goal isn't just solving today's problems—it's equipping you with the mindset and tools to keep growing long after our work together ends.
