How We'll Work Together in 1:1 Coaching

  • We Start with Clarity: We'll have a real conversation about where you are now and what you want to be different. Together, we'll get specific about what success looks like for you.

  • We Build a Flexible Plan: Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, meeting every other week via video. This gives you time to implement new insights and tackle challenges as they come up. If you need a different structure, we'll figure that out together.

  • We Track Progress and Adjust : Each session focuses on real challenges you're facing. We'll celebrate wins, shift what's not working, and keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence.
